Garlic-Lemon Chicken & Spinach with Quinoa

Ingredients:
- chicken
- quinoa
- spinach
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- garlic powder or minced garlic
- lemon juice and/or lemon zest
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook quinoa according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season chicken
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat
Step 4: Cook chicken for 5 minutes, reduce heat to low, flip chicken, cover the pan, and cook for 10 more minutes
Step 5: Rinse spinach under some water and then dry the spinach
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute spinach 3-5 minutes, until spinach is wilted. Stir the spinach every minute or so.
Step 8: Plate chicken, quinoa, and spinach together and serve!
