Ground Beef & Potato Hash with Onion & Bell Pepper
Just a couple of ingredients and one pan produce a tasty, easy, well-rounded meal.

Ingredients:
- Ground Beef
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Bell Pepper
- Oil or Butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Stovetop
Step 1: Dice the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper into small pieces (see instructional videos below)
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step: 3 Cook the ground beef for 7-10 minutes, until beef is no longer pink. Once cooked, set aside for later.
Step 4: Add oil or butter to either the same pan the beef cooked in or a new pan and heat over medium heat
Step 5: Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes, until potatoes start to soften up. For a faster cook time, cover the potatoes
Step 6: Add the bell pepper and onion to a pan with potato and cook for another 10 minutes, until potatoes are soft and veggies have some color
Step 7: Season to taste
Step 8: Add the cooked ground beef into the pan with the potatoes and veggies and stir well
