Pan-Cooked Salmon with Squash & Zucchini Medley

Ingredients:

  • salmon
  • squashi
  • zucchini
  • oil or butter

Seasoning:

  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part black pepper

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Dice squash and zucchini into small pieces
Step 2: Oil and season salmon
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Cook salmon skin-side down for 2-3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low, flip salmon, cover, and cook 5 more minutes.
Step 5: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 6: Saute squash and zucchini for 7-10 minutes, until squash and zucchini develop a nice golden-brown exterior
Step 7: Plate the salmon with the squash and zucchini and serve!
