Pan-Fried Pork Chop with Balsamic Mushrooms & Quinoa
Pour a little balsamic vinegar in with the mushrooms as they finish cooking and plate with a pork chop and quinoa for a classy, but surprisingly easy meal.

Ingredients:
- pork
- quinoa
- mushrooms
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part pepper
- balsamic vinegar
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook quinoa according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season pork
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Cook pork for 3-5 minutes per side, until no longer pink in the middle
Step 5: Slice mushrooms into thin strips
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute mushrooms for 7-10 minutes, until mushrooms become tender and turn dark brown. Stir mushrooms occasionally, every 2-3 minutes or so.
Step 8: Plate pork, quinoa, and mushrooms together and serve!
