Pan-Seared Steak with Spinach & Rice
So good, you’ll definitely want seconds. Luckily, this dish stores well for a few days in the fridge so cook extras and you got easy meals for the rest of the week. Sear the steak for a few minutes on each side until it’s cooked to your liking and serve with some sautéed spinach and rice.

Ingredients:
- steak
- rice
- spinach
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- garlic powder or minced garlic
- rosemary
- salt
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season steak
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat
Step 4: Cook steak for 2-3 minutes per side, until it reaches your desired level of done-ness
Step 5: Rinse spinach under some water and then dry the spinach
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute spinach 3-5 minutes, until spinach is wilted. Stir the spinach every minute or so.
Step 8: Plate steak, rice, and spinach together and serve!
