Sauteed Broccoli
Add some green to your plate with a healthy side dish of sauteed broccoli. Easy and simple!
Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
- Broccoli
- Oil or Butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Stovetop
Step 1: Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces (see instructional videos below)
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step 3: Saute broccoli for 7-10 minutes, until broccoli starts to develop some color.
Step 4: Season to taste
