Sauteed Brussels Sprouts
Even if you hated them as a kid, we're betting you might like them now - fry them up till the sprouts developed a golden brown crust.
Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
- Brussels Sprouts
- Oil or Butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Stovetop
Step 1: Chop Brussels sprouts in half see instructional videos below)
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step 3: Saute Brussels sprouts for 4-5 minutes per side, until Brussels sprouts are browned on each side
Step 4: Season to taste
