Sauteed Cauliflower
Sauteed cauliflower is a great way to round out a meal or to hold you over as a healthy snack
Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower
- Oil or Butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Stovetop
Step 1: Chop cauliflower into bite-sized pieces (see instructional videos below)
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step 3: Saute cauliflower for 7-10 minutes, until cauliflower begins to brown on the outside
Step 4: Season to taste
