Sauteed Sliced Squash
Add some sauteed squash to your fried rice bowl, pasta dishes, or hashes for some flavor and crunch
Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
- Squash
- Oil or Butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Stovetop
Step 1: Dice squash into small pieces (see instructional videos below)
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step 3: Saute squash for 7-10 minutes, until squash start to develop some color
Step 4: Season to taste
