Seared Salmon with Sautéed Spinach & Baked Potato
A hot, buttery baked potato, juicy, flaky salmon, and healthy, nutritious spinach. Sounds like dinner to us. Luckily for you, this recipe couldn’t be simpler.

Ingredients:
- salmon
- potato
- spinach
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Oven
- Stovetop
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 F, poke a few holes in the potato, and bake for an hour until inside is soft
Step 2: Oil and season salmon
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Cook salmon skin-side down for 2-3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low, flip salmon, cover, and cook 5 more minutes.
Step 5: Rinse spinach under some water and then dry the spinach
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute spinach 3-5 minutes, until spinach is wilted. Stir the spinach every minute or so.
Step 8: Plate salmon, baked potato, and spinach together and serve!
