Sesame-Garlic Pork Chop & Spinach with Rice

Ingredients:
- pork
- rice
- spinach
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- sesame seeds and/or sesame oil
- sriracha or asian style hot sauce
- garlic powder or minced garlic
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season pork
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Cook pork for 3-5 minutes per side, until no longer pink in the middle
Step 5: Rinse spinach under some water and then dry the spinach
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute spinach 3-5 minutes, until spinach is wilted. Stir the spinach every minute or so.
Step 8: Plate pork, rice, and spinach together and serve!
