Sesame-Ginger Ahi Tuna with Zucchini & Rice
Sometimes you can spoil yourself without feeling guilty. That's the case with this meal - sesame and ginger give the tuna and zucchini an intriguing flavor, and the rice is there to soak everything up.

Ingredients:
- ahi tuna
- rice
- zucchini
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- fresh ginger or ground ginger
- sesame seeds
- sesame oil
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season ahi tuna
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over high heat
Step 4: Sear ahi tuna for 1-2 minutes per side, until it develops a golden crust, but is still almost raw in the middle
Step 5: Dice zucchini into small pieces
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute zucchini for 7-10 minutes, until zucchini begin to brown on the outside and develop a slight crunch. Stir occasionally, every 2-3 minutes or so.
Step 8: Plate ahi tuna, rice, and zucchini together and serve!
