Squash and Zucchini and Fried Rice with Salmon

Ingredients:
- rice
- squashi
- zucchini
- canned salmon
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions
Step 2: Dice squash and zucchini into small pieces
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Saute squash and zucchini for 7-10 minutes, until squash and zucchini develop a nice golden-brown exterior
Step 5: Add the rice and canned salmon to the pan with the squash and zucchini, season, and serve!!
