One-Pan Stir-Fry: Steak, Peppers, Broccoli & Onions
This stir-fry recipe is proof that you don't need any fancy kitchen equipment to make delicious and healthy meals in a matter of minutes. Sear the steak until cooked to your liking, then add in the bell peppers, broccoli, and onions. One pan, tons of flavor.

Ingredients:
- Steak
- Onion
- Broccoli
- Bell Pepperr
- Oil or Butter
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Stovetop
Step 1: Slice steak, onion, and bell pepper into strips and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step 3: Cook steak for 5-7 minutes
Step 4: Remove steak from the pan and saute broccoli, bell pepper, and onions for 7-10 minutes
Step 5: Add steak back into the pan and season with:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part red pepper flakes
- soy sauce
