Teriyaki Pork, Rice & Mushrooms
It’s convenient when all three ingredients on your plate taste great covered in the same sauce. That’s the case with this simple and easy recipe: get the rice cooking, fry up the pork chop, saute the mushrooms and then pour on the teriyaki. Add some sriracha and garlic powder for even more flavor!

Ingredients:
- pork
- rice
- mushrooms
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
- sriracha or asian style hot sauce
- garlic powder or minced garlic
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season pork
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Cook pork for 3-5 minutes per side, until no longer pink in the middle
Step 5: Slice mushrooms into thin strips
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute mushrooms for 7-10 minutes, until mushrooms become tender and turn dark brown. Stir mushrooms occasionally, every 2-3 minutes or so.
Step 8: Plate pork, rice, and mushrooms together and serve!
