Teriyaki Salmon, Zucchini & Quinoa Plate
So tasty, so easy, so healthy. Pan-cooked salmon & zucchini with quinoa covered in teriyaki sauce. Oh yes.

Ingredients:
- salmon
- quinoa
- zucchini
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- teriyaki sauce
- sesame oil
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook quinoa according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season salmon
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Cook salmon skin-side down for 2-3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low, flip salmon, cover, and cook 5 more minutes.
Step 5: Dice zucchini into small pieces
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute zucchini for 7-10 minutes, until zucchini begin to brown on the outside and develop a slight crunch. Stir occasionally, every 2-3 minutes or so.
Step 8: Plate salmon, quinoa, and zucchini together and serve!
