Teriyaki Whitefish & Mushrooms
Get some fish, get some mushrooms, saute them up, throw some teriyaki sauce on it, and you, my friend, just cooked dinner.

Ingredients:
- cod (or any white fish)
- mushrooms
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
- sesame seeds
- sesame oil
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Pour yourself a glass of wine, crack a beer, or find another tasty beverage to get you in the cooking mood
Step 2: Oil and season cod (or any white fish)
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat
Step 4: Cook cod for 2-4 minutes per side, until easily pierced with a fork. If you have enough oil or butter in your pan, use a spoon to baste the fish after you flip it
Step 5: Slice mushrooms into thin strips
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute mushrooms for 7-10 minutes, until mushrooms become tender and turn dark brown. Stir mushrooms occasionally, every 2-3 minutes or so.
Step 8: Plate cod (or any white fish) and mushrooms together and serve!
