The Flat-Abs Special: Whitefish, Quinoa & Spinach
You know it’s a good sign when you’re not sure what the healthiest ingredient on your plate is. Luckily, you can just sit back and enjoy the health benefits - and the taste - of this easy to cook meal.

Ingredients:
- cod (or any white fish)
- quinoa
- spinach
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- -salt
- -black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook quinoa according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season cod (or any white fish)
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat
Step 4: Cook cod for 2-4 minutes per side, until easily pierced with a fork. If you have enough oil or butter in your pan, use a spoon to baste the fish after you flip it
Step 5: Rinse spinach under some water and then dry the spinach
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute spinach 3-5 minutes, until spinach is wilted. Stir the spinach every minute or so.
Step 8: Plate cod (or any white fish), quinoa, and spinach together and serve!
