Easy One-Tray Roast with Sprouts, Carrots, Onions & Taters

Hate doing dishes? So do we. That's why we love throwing everything together on one tray to cut down on cleanup time. Potatoes and root vegetables all bake together on one sheet so you have more time to do the things you love.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • brussels sprouts
  • onions
  • oil or butter

Seasoning:

Classic Salt + Pepper

  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part black pepper

Equipment Needed:

  • Baking Tray
  • Cutting Board
  • Oven

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2: Chop potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and onions into bite-sized pieces
Step 3: Line a baking tray with tinfoil or parchment paper and/or grease with oil or butter
Step 4: Place potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and onions on the tray
Step 5: Oil and season potatoes, Brussels sprouts, carrots, and onions
Step 6: Arrange potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and onions into a single layer, to ensure everything cooks evenly
Step 7: Bake potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and onions for 25-30 minutes, until they are golden-brown on the outside and soft on the inside. Stir a few times to prevent any of the ingredients from burning
Step 8: Plate the potatoes and vegetables and serve!
