Garlic-Rosemary Steak & Zucchini with Rice
Throw garlic and rosemary on just about anything and it's going to be delicious - doubly so when it steak, zucchini, and rice.

Ingredients:
- steak
- rice
- zucchini
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- garlic powder or minced garlic
- rosemary
- salt
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season steak
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat
Step 4: Cook steak for 2-3 minutes per side, until it reaches your desired level of done-ness
Step 5: Dice zucchini into small pieces
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute zucchini for 7-10 minutes, until zucchini begin to brown on the outside and develop a slight crunch. Stir occasionally, every 2-3 minutes or so.
Step 8: Plate steak, rice, and zucchini together and serve!
