Quick and Easy Pork & Spinach
What’s better? The tasty combo of pork or spinach, the fact that you’ll only have one dish to clean, or that this recipe is ready in just a couple minutes? Cook the pork chop then sauté the spinach in the same pan so it can soak up those pork juices.

Ingredients:
- pork
- spinach
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- salt
- black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Pour yourself a glass of wine, crack a beer, or find another tasty beverage to get you in the cooking mood
Step 2: Oil and season pork
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Cook pork for 3-5 minutes per side, until no longer pink in the middle
Step 5: Rinse spinach under some water and then dry the spinach
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute spinach 3-5 minutes, until spinach is wilted. Stir the spinach every minute or so.
Step 8: Plate pork and spinach together and serve!
