Roasted Brussels Sprouts
It doesn't get any easier than roasted Brussels sprouts - a healthy complement to any meal
Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
- Brussels Sprouts
- Oil or Butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Baking Tray
- Oven
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2: Line or grease baking tray with parchment paper or tinfoil, or butter or oil
Step 3: Chop Brussels sprouts into bite-sized pieces (see instructional video below)
Step 4: Place Brussels sprouts on the tray and oil and season
Step 5: Bake for 20 minutes, until Brussels sprouts are browned on the outside
