Sauteed Diced Bell Peppers
A simple, healthy side dish that can be ready in minutes.

Ingredients:
- Bell Pepper
- Oil or Butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part black pepper
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Stovetop
Step 1: Dice bell pepper into small pieces (see instructional videos below)
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step 3: Saute bell peppers for 5-7 minutes, until bell peppers start to develop some color.
Step 4: Season to taste
