Seared Lamb with Rice & Broccoli

- Lamb
- Rice
- Broccoli
- Oil or Butter
Seasoning:
- 1 part salt
- 1 part black pepper

- Pan
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season lamb
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat
Step 4: Cook lamb for 2-4 minutes per side
Step 5: Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute broccoli for 5-10 minutes, until broccoli becomes crispy and golden-brown
Step 8: Plate lamb, rice, and broccoli together and serve!
