Sriracha Salmon, Sprouts & Quinoa
Spice up your life with this fiery recipe. Get the quinoa cooking, coat the salmon in Sriracha and sesame oil and cook for a few minutes, and round it all off with some sauteed sprouts.

Ingredients:
- salmon
- quinoa
- Brussels sprouts
- oil or butter
Seasoning:
- sriracha hot sauce (or any asian style hot sauce
- sesame oil
Equipment Needed:
- Pan
- Pot
- Stovetop
Step 1: Cook quinoa according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season salmon
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Cook salmon skin-side down for 2-3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low, flip salmon, cover, and cook 5 more minutes.
Step 5: Chop Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute Brussels sprouts for 8-12 minutes, until Brussels sprouts soften on the inside and develop a crunchy, golden-brown exterior. Stir occasionally, every 2-3 minutes or so
Step 8: Plate salmon, quinoa, and Brussels sprouts together and serve!
